Gas Delivery Services

MDC's Gas Delivery Products has 15,000 square feet of manufacturing area, with a 2,200 square foot Class 100 clean room for ultra high purity welding and assembly, an 1,800 square foot Class 10,000 area for assemblies and manual TIG welding, CNC and manual tube bending, and a machine shop.

Hand Welding

All welded components manufactured at MDC are produced by our highly skilled AWS certified welding technicians. From ultra high purity orbital tube welding in a class 100 clean room environment to manual TIG welding, and system assembly, our technicians understand the importance of their role. They take pride in their work and it’s reflected in the quality of each and every product we ship. MDC’s Welded Components team is capable of meeting the needs of customers for prototype and quick turn requirements, as well as high volume, production quantity orders. Our technicians have the skills and techniques required for welding an array of different components including valves, regulators, bellows, and purifiers.

MDC's Gas Delivery Products offers a fully staffed team of trained assembly and test personnel to manufacture your product. Whether it is a small electro-mechanical assembly, a complex gas delivery system or a full process module, we will apply our knowledge and experience to meet the most challenging assembly integration requirements.
